A Brief Glance of TTSP
as Subsidiary Company of Tsuneishi Holdings Corporation

April 1992

Established in Manila with its temporary office     
located in Makati City. Registered with the Securities & Exchange Commision.

Shortly after its registration, main office was moved to Cebu City.

May 1992

Hired eight (8) Engineers, in the field of Civil,
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

Preliminary intention and purpose is to deal on Accommodation Design.

Eight (8) Engineers were sent for a one (1) year training in Tsuneishi Shipbuilding Company at Hiroshima, Japan

August 1992

Registered with the Board Of Investments (BOI)  with a non-pioneer status and granted Income Tax Holiday for four (4) years

April 1993

Commencement of Ship Design operations at the main office in Cebu City.

May 1993

Hired five (5) Engineers, as second batch trainees to be sent to Japan for a year of technical training. This time for engine room piping design and accommodation  design.

August 1994

Primary office of TTSP was moved to another location with a bigger office space to accommodate the thirteen (13) Engineers.

May 1995

Planned and identified the need to expand the
number of manpower and design capacity urgently considering favorable rate in $ and ¥

July 1995

Hired twenty-one (21) Engineers. Also hired eight (8) Japanese Technical Consultants from the mother company.

Conducted intensive and progressive technical training (in-house), with the Japanese Consultants as Educators. Undertaken transfer of design process and technology for three (3) years.
