TSUNEISHI Technical Services Philippines, Incorporated
(TTSP), was established in the Philippines in 1992 to engage in ship
and plant design business and to subsequently engage in detail
engineering design on the aspect of plant engineering and on-shore
designing activities.
TTSP engages at least seventy (70)
percent of its man-hour capacity in exporting detail designs, plans,
drawings and a maximum of thirty(30) percent catering for the local
engineering industry.
And up to now, TTSP is continously moving fore,
designing in the age of change, commited to providing drawings and
plans of the highest level, carving its name through quality and
excellence in the global
environment.

A Brief Glance of TTSP as
Subsidiary Company of Tsuneishi Holdings Corporation
| April 1992 |
Established in Manila with its temporary office
located in Makati City. Registered with the Securities & Exchange Commision. Initial paid-up capital of 7,000,000 Philippines Peso (US $140,000).
Shortly after its registration, main office was moved to Cebu City, for its stable peace and order situation and its business operation suitability as well.

Hired eight (8) Engineers, in the field of Civil,
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Preliminary intention and purposes is to deal on Accommodation Design.They were sent for a one (1) year training in Tsuneishi Corporation, Japan.

Registered with the Board Of Investments (BOI)
with a non-pioneer status and granted Income Tax Holiday for four (4) years.

| April 1993 |
After the training of the first batch of Engineers,
they started to design at the main office in Cebu City.
|
| May 1993 |
Hired five (5) Engineers, as second batch trainees to
be sent to Japan for a year of technical training. This time for piping and outfitting design in engine room.

| August 1994 |
After the training of the second batch of Engineers,
primary office of TTSP was moved to another location with a bigger office space to accommodate the thirteen (13) Engineers.

| May 1995 |
Planned and identified the need to expand the
number of manpower and design capacity urgently considering favorable rate in $ and ¥. Paid-up Capital increased to 13,000,000 Philippines Peso (US$ 260,000).

| July 1995 |
Hired twenty-one (21) Engineers.Meanwhile, eight (8) Japanese Technical Consultants were hired from the mother company. They conducted intensive and progressive technical training (in-house) as Educators. Transfer of design process and technology was undertaken for three (3) years.
